The Quality Leader is responsible for driving site wide strategic and tactical quality initiatives while working directly with internal / external customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies. This role has the responsibility to identify opportunities and provide leadership to make quality a competitive advantage for the Casablanca site and its customers.
Summary of Duties:
- Set up Quality system based on HOS BIQ and ISO 9001
- Ensure the Quality Management System is approved, maintained, understood and executed by associates, with special emphasis on product and processes in accordance with customer or any other regulatory requirement
- Accountable for implementing and proper execution of the internal and external audit program to measure the overall effectiveness of the Quality management system.
- Provides management and guidance to Quality team
- Be the point of QA contact for customer, regulatory and certification audits
- Promote the use of 6 Sigma tools and techniques
- Drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to prevent defects and process noncompliance.
- Drive significant reduction in site COPQ YOY.
- Coordinate or lead external /internal Quality audit, to verify the effectiveness of our quality operations and control processes.
- the customer Quality needs are fully implemented in NPI and Legacy products
- Responsible for the management and reporting of the Non Compliance system including Scrap, Rework, First Pass Yield, Internal / external Escape

- Support Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) program and philosophy as part of the Leadership Team compliant with Honeywell Safety Products requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Engineer degree with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment 3 years of experience in Quality position
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French is required
- Experience building a Quality management system
- Six Sigma GB, BB and LE are preferred
