Embed RED across the sales organization

•Train all levels in the new culture of RED (Excellent Execution)

•Setting up reports and routines at all levels

•Transform sales centers into RED Centers

•Ensure with BI department the reliability of the data

•Proactively propose IT changes to Telynet

•Manage business relationship with external agencies.

•Monitor RED index and Ranking as well as accompany corrections actions

•Ensure BP execution (Placement/Redeployment)

•Monitor redeployment and SAV KPI with coordination of SC department Sales force effectiveness 

•Re-set new execution organization Presell/Team Leader/Area

•Role and Routines and Training

•Structure due to New frequency and new routing

•Re-Set up new development organization (Account/Merchandising)

•Ensure Design ad Staff and routing in all 4 areas

•Roles, Routines and reports and Training

•Fine tune Modern trade RTM in coordination with traditional trade

•Ensure with BI department the reliability of the data

•Proactively propose IT changes to TelynetObjectives setting and Incentives (Trad/KA)

•Transform and evolve sales force remuneration system

•Ensure on time realistic objectives setting linked to remuneration system

•Monitor and adjust objective/incentives

•Design and implement motivation plan linked Capabilities (Trad/KA)

•Design annual training program (at all sales force levels ) link to business priorities

•Coordinate with external providers (HR ,Holding Company, and agencies) the execution of the program

Profil recherché :

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing & Sales

More than 5 years of relevant experience in marketing/ Management/ SalesFluent in English & French (written & spoken)Good understanding on the related categories processes and activities Entrepreneurship, autonomy and commitment
