Mission:
- Responsible for collecting and compiling sales forecasts, aligning demand and supply with central or manufacturing process partners.
- Responsible for optimizing product availability for his/her central customer.
- Responsible for Inbound Management.
Main Activities:
- Analyze Forcasts & Control products phase in phase out
- Provide the commercialization of new products
- Manage the rescheduling & delivering of products
- Ensure efficient inbound management along with key stakeholders
- Implement the blueprint concepts, processes & governance into the market OTD organization
- Control Sell – out vs last ODP, communicating to Supply Planning and Management risk and opportunities
- Participate in the PP providing demand and stock projections
- Create standards for efficient management with the Suppliers
- Develop standardized process for clients assigned to group including KPIs, Report requirements, systems needs, and compliance requirements
- Participates in Supply Chain strategic projects
- Use own technical expertise to support the team in “people growth” with providing right level of feedback
Requirements
An ideal candidate must fulfill the criteria below:
- At least a bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in a multinational environment(Preferrably distribution), of which an important part of expertise is acquired in Demand Planning
- Strong knowledge of SAP & Microsoft office
- Good level of communication in English(verbal & written)
- Proactive, autonomous, perseverant, result oriented & highly committed
