Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Morocco Retail by providing a high level of administrative support to the Inventory & RBO Manager, Retail Ops Director, SCM, DM and SMs to ensure efficient management and running of the daily Retail Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support in all aLS rollouts, maintenance and updates to ensure full automation of Morocco Retail processes
Report IT related issues at stores with prompt follow-up on resolving them
Follow-up on creating and maintaining POS user profiles. Conduct a formal quarterly review and ensure proper documentation including DM, Retail Ops Director approvals.
Daily monitoring of stores’ connection to HO
Update prices at aLS
Maintenance of retail orders and aLS Dashboard clean-ups
Ensure proper procedures and controls for Market Damages are in place to keep at minimum
Pre-plan store stock takes with flexibility to adapt to business needs and/or rotation plans
Strong collaboration with DM for the stock count at retail as per the agreed calendar Manage timely and accurate retail Stock takes to control stores’ shrinkage levels while ensuring progress flow are in line with the latest procedures
Post retail stock takes at aLS with prompt reporting to all stakeholders, and providing action plans in case needed
Provide store teams with continuous trainings to ensure procedures are followed accurately

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree in business or MIS
2-year experience in operations field.
