Head of Vendor Acquisition Morocco
The head of vendor acquisition is responsible for getting vendors and products on Jumia.
Main Responsibilities
- Devise a plan to acquire vendors and products to fuel an aggressive growth
- Manage a team of 8 acquisition agents and optimize their performance
- Structure processes and implement them
- Devise and implement online and offline strategies to source leads
- Set up partnerships

Expected background and technical skills
- Top Engineering or Business School
- 3-6 years of previous related professional experience
- Ability to analyze large data sets to make strategic decisions
- CRM knowledge is a plus (ex: Salesforce)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Arabic, French and English fluency
