Main Responsibilities
Participate in full cycle of CRM implementation projects :
- Requirements Gathering
- Analysis and Design
- Construction and system configuration
- Deliver Trainings
- Prepare and document project deliverables
- Testing cycles (SIT , UAT)
- Supporting after implementation (Post production support)
Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Management, Accounting/Business, CRM or Equivalent Experience
- Excellent verbal and written French and English Language communication skills
- Interest and passion in learning and applying new products and technologies to business
- Demonstrate strong business process skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills
- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Demonstrate good time management and be self-organized
- Good track record of adapting to new environments and learning quickly
- Strong personal drive and can-do attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to liaise with clients, sales, consulting, project management and remote cross-cultural delivery teams
- Able to travel as needed in support of assigned projects (about 75%)
Considered a plus:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing CRM Solution
- Expertise in functional areas of : Siebel, RightNow, Eloqua, CPQ, …
- Technical knowledge of : Oracle DB, PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher
- Experience in software full lifecycle methodology
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
