Ansell Africa are looking for a new exciting Sales Manager to join their team. Based in Morocco, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining effective Stakeholder relationships. Identify and prioritize new business and growth opportunities. Idenitify, Manage and monitor key distributors to maximize performance. Direct sales activities through distributors ensuring effective coverage. Supervise and train distributor’s staff with Ansell specific knowledge and procedures. Achieve Sales and Profit growth objectives through the control of sales, pricing and personal expenditure.

 

Based: Morocco – (Casablanca/ Tangier)

Office: Home Office

Travel: Yes 50%

VISA: No, Preferably Moroccan applicants

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager – Africa

Experience/Skills: Self-starter & strongly self-disciplined, Team Player, Solutions approach to problem solving, Street Smart. Min 3 yrs sales experience at corporate level, demonstrated sales/channel management experience in premium products solution selling, Budget and reporting skills, Negotiating skills
