Our Customer Success Group teams are hiring for the following roles:
Program Architect – Strategic Architect who helps customers establish a solid architecture foundation, effective architecture governance and a continuous delivery engine to allow Salesforce to serve as a mission-critical customer platform. Serves as a Trusted Advisor to our customer’s technology and business leaders.
- 12+ years experience as an Architect in mid-large sized environments
- External consulting experience, including implementations with one or more common enterprise software solutions
- Experience with enterprise application, data, security and integration architecture domains
Technical Architect – The Technical Architect is responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of cloud based solutions and technologies. These technologies include–but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.comproducts and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.
- 8+ years experience in developing technology solutions.
- 5+ years experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
Technical Consultant – Our Senior Salesforce Developer’s share our vision of bringing the power of cloud computing to enterprises. These technologies include–but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.com, Force.com and Database.com APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, mobile development technologies, and ETL technologies. It also requires that the Senior Developer maintains an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem.
- 5+ years experience developing Salesforce technology solutions
- 3+ years experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
Required Skills/Experience
Your Impact – Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Experience with ETL tools.
- Experience developing and deploying custom end user systems.
- Experience overseeing team members.
- Have thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration.
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. .
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with a professional consulting organization (e.g. Big 5 consulting).
- Financial Services industry experience
- Extraordinary client facing skills with the ability to solve the clients’ needs and manage scope in a positive way.
- Ability to organize and lead client sessions that result in clear requirements and technical design, even when working with non-technical members of client teams.
- Ability to generate client sign-off and commitment to these designs and the solution.
- Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce.com product certifications prior to joining. It is expected that you will gain the following certifications as part of the role requirement and onboarding process in the first 3 months:
- SFDC Certified Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- SFDC Certified Advanced Administrator
- SFDC Marketing Cloud Certification
