KEY OUTCOMES
- You will have the overall accountability for all client interaction and will manage / monitor client satisfaction to ensure our service is continually developing to reflect improvements and changing client needs.
- Design appropriate solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients’ needs and their business
- Animate groups and translate insights into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better decisions
- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, and deliverables and analysis conducted for them
- Manage and develop a high performing and engaged team.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client business, revenue and profitability.
CAPABILITIES
- The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6-9 years of relevant Qualitative Research (client / agency) experience, strong business sense and understanding, coupled with excellent communication, analysis and presentation skills.
- A strong research practitioner with substantial experience in conducting Qualitative research to provide recommendations and insight.
- Proven experience managing a team(s) and projects to achieve and to grow account revenue in a commercial environment.
- Strong communication skills are important as the role requires the candidate to be a presenter, influencer and coach to the team and to stakeholders.
- Able to cope well with time pressure and make decisions under complex and demanding circumstances.
