Hotel Overview

The hotel features opulent guest rooms and suites overlooking our 18-hole Golf Course and the Altlas Mountains. Indulge in one of our six eclectic restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine, a 2,000 sqm swimming pool, a 3,500 sqm Spa in collaboration with Clarins which offers the ultimate escape and relaxation. The Kids Club promises our little ones a world of discoveries, and a Sports Centre to ensure you remain fit while on the road.

Summer Of Responsabilities

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

  • Constantly offer a professional, friendly and endearing service
  • Serve customers according to their expectations and Fairmont standards.
  • Be responsible for the proper implementation of the implementation and preparation of its sector
  • Prepare cutlery according to orders, search for food in the kitchen and clear the tables of his sector
  • Use the “Micros” checkout system and place orders for drinks and food.
  • Ensure the opening and closing of the restaurant, alternately with his colleagues.
  • Communicate problems or anomalies to his supervisor
  • Participate in training offered in the catering
  • Participate in banquet and event services at the hotel, upon request
  • Perfect technical and theoretical knowledge to ensure the perfect service of a demanding clientele
  • Know the technical and emotional standards of LQA and put them into practice
  • Know the concept of the FCB
  • Commit to the quality of his service, his discretion and his perfect honesty
  • Strictly observe the hygiene and sanitary regulations
  • Have a professional attitude, be smiling and keep calm at all times
  • Comply with policies, procedures, regulations and service standards for outlets
  • Comply with all health and safety policies when handling food and beverages
  • Respect the ergonomic standards of work in good health & safety
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Previous service experience an asset ;
  • Previous Point of Sale System experience an asset ;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills ;

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment ;
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team ;
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Constant standing and walking throughout shift
