As an Country Product Manager, your main task is to develop the Morocco market by aligning the ASUS global strategy. Your main responsibilities will be the following:
Market Survey
– Competitors’ market share survey
– To update Market status
– To collect market information
– Regular visit to top AGP & Distributors
Product
– Localize roadmap, sales kit and product sheet delivery
– Product key selling point delivery
– Product training to key accounts
– Action plan against Competitors
– Sales Forecast
– Weekly allocation and order suggestion
– Product transition follow up
– Review and improve Product mix & profit-loss
Price
– Regular price watch and comparison with competitors
– Localize pricelist
– Local pricing
– Price premium maintenance
– Project price support & follow up
Channel
– Weekly Channel stock & run-rate monitoring
– Regular Sales training to channel partners
– Sales action follow up
– Distributors management
– Sub-distributors management
– Top AGPs management
Promotion
– Incentive programs: to launch, to update progress, and to close payment
– MDF management
– Marketing actions
– Product exposure
– Special offer
– Co-promotion with vendors
– Events management
Service
– Service term
– Service satisfaction review
– Failed rate review
– Review distributors’ service condition
Weekly routine
– Push order
– Weekly orders checking
