Summer Of Responsabilities
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Control the reservation (dates of arrival, departure, possible documents: voucher,)
- Control of payment terms (credit card, voucher, other …)
- Control of the distribution of rooms in case of group reception;
- Response to the client during the stay on practical issues, tourist…
- Treatment of possible disputes;
- Information on the services offered by the hotel;
- Management of the invoice of the arrival at the departure of the customer;
- Management and closing of client accounts;
- Cash receipts;
- Management of cash funds and cash passes;
- Holding of the secretariat of the reception;
- Promotion of hotel products;
- Information about the hotel environment and local resources;
- Communication with other departments, including the floors;
- Transmission of orders and orders to the departments concerned;
- Optimize the occupancy rate and turnover;
- Move easily from one language to another;
- Other tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office position;
- Proficiency in French and English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications is preferred;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills;
- Particularly responsible and reliable;
- The ability to work in a team;
- Ability to focus on customer needs, staying calm and courteous at all times.
