We are looking to expand our Strategy function team to support our growing client base in the Middle East region with focus on Egypt, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates market.
The role is based in Cairo, in the Egypt office.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing Consulting company with global reach. Successful candidates usually have a can-do approach that allows them to excel in ambiguous environments coupled with entrepreneurial skills in order to push for ideas within and outside the organization.
Candidates shall be fully responsible to manage assignments that aim to develop a strategy and then put this strategy into action. Responsibilities shall include:
- Managing a team of consultant in order to
- perform market analysis based on secondary and primary data including market segmentation and sizing, market trend and competitive landscape analyses, client portfolio analyses, business and financial modeling, operations analyses, etc.
- Synthesize results of quantitative and qualitative analyses into key trends, implications, and/or recommendations
- Develop relevant benchmarks and identify successful lesson learned
- Performing Strategy development based on market challenges and opportunities
- Support in conception and cascading strategic objectives
- Support in defining sub programs, strategic initiatives, projects and relevant benefits, KPIs/ KPTs
- Strategy management and program definition
- Manage client relationship on open projects
- Develop the client portfolio
- Understand client’s strategic and operational needs and contribute to the structure of EFESO offering to address to them,
Qualifications:
Successful candidates normally have a blend of talents including leadership, analytical skills, complex problem solving skills, entrepreneurial skills that allows them to perform in ambiguous environments, interpersonal skills and ability to influence the decisions of upper management
- Postgraduate degree from a top tier university; MBA is a plus
- Between 10 to 15 years of professional consulting/industry experience with at least 10 years’ experience in strategy and marketing consulting
- Demonstrated team building and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Business-level fluency in English,
- the desire to relocate in Cairo
