We are looking for a Service coordinator to support our Services team in Morocco. This position is based in Casablanca and will report to the Head of the Morocco office.

As Service Coordinator, You Will

  • Understand Accounting principles and cost control
  • Follow up and expedite invoicing process
  • Coordinate administrative and reporting data, follow-up payment from client
  • Take care of Clients RFQ in cooperation with Sales and Supply
  • Support the Service team in daily administrative tasks
  • Take care of client claim if needed in cooperation with Supply
  • Take care of daily office operative interface between site and project management
  • Manage/help keep track of Service projects documentation

To succeed, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or 1-3 years working experience in similar field
  • SAP experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent personal time management and organization skills
  • Fluent written and spoken French, Arabic, English
