We are looking for a Service coordinator to support our Services team in Morocco. This position is based in Casablanca and will report to the Head of the Morocco office.
As Service Coordinator, You Will
- Understand Accounting principles and cost control
- Follow up and expedite invoicing process
- Coordinate administrative and reporting data, follow-up payment from client
- Take care of Clients RFQ in cooperation with Sales and Supply
- Support the Service team in daily administrative tasks
- Take care of client claim if needed in cooperation with Supply
- Take care of daily office operative interface between site and project management
- Manage/help keep track of Service projects documentation
To succeed, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or 1-3 years working experience in similar field
- SAP experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent personal time management and organization skills
- Fluent written and spoken French, Arabic, English
