What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a Social Media Analyst to add to our growing “Digimind Insights” team in Rabat. The Social Media Analyst is responsible for producing compelling and insightful client reports, research, analysis, and recommendations for several of our clients.
This person will be responsible for tracking social media mentions, analyzing key visual metrics generated by our products, and wrapping up everything into synthetic reputation and/or competitive reports.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reputation and/or competitive analysis to clients
- Respond to inbound internal requests related to the monitoring of a specific crisis, campaign or product launch, to name a few examples
- Qualify and curate digital content so that you can proceed to insightful analysis missions

What are our requirements ?
- 1-2 years of hands-on work experience for a marketing/digital/communication agency or a social media related technology vendor in which client reporting, research and web-based analysis and client dashboards were central to the business
- Subject matter expertise in Social Media, online reputation and/or competitive intelligence analysis,
- You are totally fluent in both French and English
- You are a passionate, resourceful and productive achiever that is a pleasure to be around
- You define clear action steps and manage expectations of others
- You are self-motivated to deliver the highest quality work, on time and budget
- You work well under pressure
- You use organized, constructive communication to facilitate great work
- You are able to manage and prioritize the reporting and analysis of multiple ongoing reports across clients
- You have strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with many different people, internally and externally
