What are we looking for?
Digimind is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Rabat. Talented, dedicated and enthusiastic, your role will be to provide best-in-class SaaS experience to our clients by helping them achieve their goals, and by doing so, drive retention. Your mission will include:
- Focusing on, but not limited to, Spanish and Latin America accounts,
- Directly manage the onboarding, setup, hands-on sessions, training and associated Q&A sessions for your accounts,
- Managing your portfolio in the long term with associated key KPIs tracking (usage, interactions,…),
- Business values tracking and upselling opportunities,
- Delivering a red-carpet experience to our customers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
What are our requirements?
- Native spanish speaker or totally bilingual in Spanish,
- Full capacities in French & English.
- Very strong sense of customer service and satisfaction,
- You breath agility and reactivity,
- Multitasking capabilities,
- You rigorously organise, report and track activities & targets,
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic,
- Outstanding writer and communicator with strong presentation skills
- At least 2+ years’ experience in enterprise software deployment or tech customer-facing role
- Subject matter expertise in one of the following domains is a plus: Social Media monitoring, Digital Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence…
