Lead and develop all Marketing & Trade Marketing plans for Morocco to ensure the delivery of the local market Net Sales, Margin & budget and brand goals across all product lines, in conjunction with the centrally developed CMAP.
Example of responsibilities you will be having
- Ensure Marketing & Trade marketing Strategy is effectively developed, managed and deployed across all segments, the full portfolio and across all trade channels.
- Development and Execution of Marketing plan that ensure sales and gross margin targets are met for channels and product groups as defined in the annual budget
- Locally manage the Brand Equity/BVP, positioning & Segmentation, ensure adherence with global guidelines and where relevant lead, develop and manage local differences in an effective and transparent way.
- With Cluster marketing Define and effectively manage the Marketing budget (Brand/Comms/Research/TM etc) and support over-arching budget management process.
- With cluster marketing manage the digital transformation and execution across digital touch points (Search/ Social / Website / E-Commerce assets) for effective deployment of the channel in line with the cluster digital strategy
- Effectively implement strategic alliances, agencies and suppliers. Ensure effective communication and relationship to deliver on all objectives.
- With Cluster marketing be the contact for Consumer research Quantitative and Qualitative; from planning, budget and research execution including analysis and recommendations.
- In line with defined plan effectively manage and execute the Promoter field force ensuring strong coverage and ROI.
- As part of the Commercial launch team, Drive, develop and represent the Marketing and Commercial material & deployment through CP checkpoints for all relevant product lines.
- With Cluster marketing and purchasing manage Procurement/Purchasing related to marketing to ensure a smooth and fit to purpose annual rooster of contracted suppliers.
- Continually audit and analyze the company’s competitive position to highlight competitor activity and new opportunities for share growth for Electrolux group
- Active member of the Morocco Management team
Education & Experience required:
- Experience required in the same field : 5 years in similar position
- University Degree, MBA is a plus
- Strong drive to achieve with a “can do” attitude to deliver results
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and trends for strong solutions and recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills & ability to present information in a concise and solution oriented way
- Able to understand the market and commercial requirements to formulate effective agency briefs
- Able to take quick and effective decisions with excellent business judgement
