You will be the responsible of invoicing for a specific business unit. This is a global impacting role, providing support to all parts of the business.
You Will
- Oversee the invoicing process for Partners and Glovers.
- Assist in taxes elaboration
- Be the point of contact to handle and resolve incidences regarding invoices and financial processes
- Be responsible for the implementation of new processes, tools and best practices
- Be the main responsible of new changes/improvements in the ERP
- Control Account Receivables
- Control Account Payables
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with similar tasks
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
- Analytical approach, goal-oriented and team-player
- French fluent
