In this role you will be assigned to manage the daily Revenue Management operations and develop the long term strategy for a selection of our hotels located in a specific area.
You will be part of our Commercial Team located in Istanbul and will report directly to your Senior Sales Manager.
You will team up with an E-commerce Executive and a Flash Sales Manager.
About the role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Oversee revenue management activities including daily reporting and inventory management.
- Responsible for balancing the financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues.
- Accountable for pricing, positioning and deploy segment strategies for the assigned hotels.
- Analyzing the changing dynamics in the distribution landscape and actively seeking new strategies to deliver profitable revenue.
- Produce reports, analyze data and pro-actively anticipate on changing needs and opportunities.
- Analyze competitive sets and utilize benchmark information to develop RevPAR Index forecasts.
- Assist hotels with group or contract pricing and displacement decisions.
- Provide business evaluation insights and recommendations.
- Maintain an active channel mix strategy (Ranking, conversion and yielding)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparts and partners.
- Assist in new hotel activations.
- Monitored and controlled room inventory levels and rates to effectively maximize RevPAR and overall ADR growth
- Analyzed and monitored past and future demand forecasts
- Prepared, designed, and built Excel-based revenue management reports, databases, analytics, and profitability impact reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Identify new Yield opportunities.
- Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
- Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution
- Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
- Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc…)points.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
- Any other tasks might be assigned

About you
- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics or Hotel and Restaurant Management
- 2 – 4-year experience in Hotel Revenue Management
- Proven record of strong technical and business acumen
- Fluent command in English.
- Excellent presentations and training skills
- Ability to present complex analysis with actionable strategies.
- Meticulous planner and deliver before the deadlines.

- Ability to quickly learn new and multiple markets and understand the different dynamics
