A day in the life of…
- Choose target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develop consumer insight, understand target consumer perceived values of brands and lead on consumer studies to unlock consumer gaps.
- Define brand vision, strategies and plans to bring the brand essence to life, in line with the global guidelines, through strong Consumer Communication and Medical communication Campaigns.
- Lead the consumer, shopper and healthcare professional’s research and retail audit related to your brands.
- Develop brand portfolio strategy, contribute to pricing and promotional strategy, propose brand portfolio for key channels and key customers.
- Understand healthcare professionals and other key-influencers behaviors and, design the right medical strategy, functionally aligned with the Medical leads.
- Understand shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers, help design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers.
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for your brands.
- Manage the development and execution of strong functionally aligned Annual brand plans.
- Responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the long term strategy of the Market, the development of ultimate brief and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences.
What Will Make You Successful
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in marketing and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales and/or Medical/Pharma at FMCG.
- Experience in leading and managing complex projects. Working with virtual teams across geographies is a big plus.
- Fluent in English.
