Key Accountabilities:
- Volume, Market Share and OCI: Achieve OCI, Volume and SoM targets set as per OB to ensure sustainable growth of PMIDF business in respective area
- Account Management: Build strong business relations with designated Distributors, Operators, and Key Accounts, ensure regular visits and meetings with key stakeholders, review key business fundamentals and KPIs on a regular basis
- Distribution and Supply Chain: Manage the product flow by monitoring and controlling monthly shipments, COT, closing stocks, handling, OOS, forecast accuracy, LOGD and other supply chain KPIs
- Business Strategy and Planning: Implement portfolio and commercial plans in coordination with marketing; provide input for pricing and margin scenarios and execute agreed strategies and plans
- Budget and Resource Management: Lead commercial investments (PPOSM, Brand Ambassadors, etc.), manage controllable cost budget (sales allowance, trade incentives) for respective area, and negotiate with stakeholders on annual contracts and margins.
- Business Development: Pursue new POS, channel and geographical expansion to exploit growth opportunities in the area
- Organization Development: Develop direct reports and partners’ effectiveness and performance through regular trainings of BAs, follow up of performance and KPIs and monthly dashboard reviews
- Reporting: Perform monthly review of key operators’ performance with corrective action plan when deviating from OB
- Compliance: Ensure controls on the COT data and PAX traffic and perform regular Legitimate Market Demand reviews for key locations
