We are looking for a Sales Manager Professional who will be responsible for leading, directing and motivating the Professional Sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets. You develop and implement locally relevant channel strategy to drive sales growth and market share gains whilst you deliver against established operational targets while maximizing sales opportunities and profitability in your sales channel.

Open Minded, Curious And Innovative And Aligned With Our Company Values And Aims And You Bring The Following Experiences And Competencies

  • Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred
  • 10+ years in a fast paced technology industry with at least 5+ years of commercial leadership roles
  • 5+ years in market/customer facing operations with proven track-record in key account management and value based selling principles
  • 5+yrs in a business operational assignment with ability to influence in a matrix- reporting, multi-cultural environment
  • 5+ yrs of direct people management with ability to build strong sales talents
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Excellent English, French and Arabic
