Job description
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
- Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; field force marketing activities, and control of the marketing budget.
- Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with other departments.
- Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team.
- Report, Organise and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programmes are reviewed.
- Hands on participation in Company marketing event, new products launching is required.

Others:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Possess a minimum of seven (5) years marketing working experience with at least four (3) years of team lead/ manager role.
- Digital Marketing experience is critical.
- Experience related to electronic consumer product is mandatory.(Mobile phone industry preferred)
- Bilingual in both English and French.
- Pro-active team player who is highly motivated, meticulous and works well in a fast pace environment.
