Mission:
Manage the country’s freight operations to ensure efficiency to support CMTs in achieving their targets and retaining or growing their freight customer base,support sales and ensure freight business development,
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the relationship with suppliers for proper handling and competitive costing
Ensure the related freight operations is running smoothly and according to Aramex standards
Optimize routes and identify carriers offering better/alternative routes
Develop strong relationships with carriers (airlines, ocean lines, trucking suppliers, packing companies) and all suppliers to facilitate the service and workflow
Follow up with gateway operations on daily basis to ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are recovered and delivered to the carriers in accordance to the QOSS
Ensure shipment customs duty is collected as per company policy support sales
Develop business and insure new customers acquisition
Profile:
- International business or logistics degree
- Min 5 years experiences in freight forwarding Company
- Min 3 years as Freight Manager
- Fluent Arabic , French English language
- Excellent organizational and team-management skills
- Ability to multi-task under strict deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills
