Business Sales Consultant
Purpose of the Job
Primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for HBS.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Develop new customer relationships:
- calling at all levels, including senior levels;
- engaging early in the customer buying process to discover customer needs HBS can fulfil and/or influence customer specification prior to bid.
• Continuously identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer.
• Focal point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations, for pursuits in play.
• Profitable growth and focus on new customers and new opportunities.• Experience in selling technical solutions in the electrical engineering sector (low current)
• Experience in liaising with all the actors of the sales cycle such as general contractors, architects, BE, integrators
• Experience in selling building automation and building management solutions would be a plus
• Demonstrated previous customer acquisition experience
• Ability to create/seek out and assess new opportunities
• Understands customers’ decision making processes, buyers, and influences
• Strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships
• Execute effective negotiation strategies and plans
• Self-driven, motivate self and others to achieve profitable results
• Fluent French and English
