Senior Accountant
Harman Connected Services Morocco – Casablanca
Mission
The role of the Senior Accountant is to serve as a key member of the Accounting & Finance team; to ensure the accuracy and integral reporting of the financial statements of the Morocco location to Harman Connected Services head office; in addition to departmental stakeholders and external/internal auditors.
This role will be a key asset to support a continuing growing business, driving the organizations financial actuals, forecasting and budget processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping of all Harman Connected Services Morocco accounting transactions;
- Take in charge the reporting (On monthly, quarterly, annually basis);
- Prepare accounts and tax returns;
- Accounts analysis;
- Prepare ageing balance for clients and suppliers;
· Participate in the Budget/Forecast process;
· Prepare and analyze bank account reconciliations;
- Analyze cash position and prepare cash forecast and Cash flow statement’ reporting;
· Work on special projects as assigned; prepare executive level presentations and ad hoc reporting.
Requirements
· Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
· 5-8 years Accounting Experience;
· SAP Fi-Co (AR / AP / Fixed assets / Cash) knowledge is a must;
· A methodical approach and problem-solving skills;
· Eager to learn, dedicated, diligent, highly organized, and reliable;
· A high level of numeracy;
· Analytical ability.
