About The Role
The First 100 Days team is responsible for developing and delivering all marketing led activities in the First 100 Day program (F100D) for all new customers to Telstra, existing customers taking up a new Telstra product and recontracting Telstra customers. The ambition of the programme is to provide Telstra customers with a personalised, and highly relevant experience to say “Hello”, “Orientate” them and ultimately “Delight” them across their First 100 Days.As the Senior Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for working collaboratively across Telstra to govern and oversee the execution of on-boarding comms including outbound calls, SMS, email, bill, DM, self-care assets etc. Overall responsibility to delivering an optimised onboarding experience
About You
- Experience in end to end project delivery
- Marketing degree is highly desirable
- Experience working with customer data briefs, product codes, prioritisation, and business rules
- Agency, print and mailhouse experience highly desirable
- Experience working with following brand guidelines and upholding the brand in all aspects – both visual and tone of voice
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to ensure creative design of communications with consistency of brand image across all elements
