Key Accountabilities
1. Liaise with catering suppliers to produce new set of menu for both passengers and flying crew.
2. Follow up with cabin crew for both catering and duty free cash shortage and make sure the collection is made from crew accordingly.
3. Seeks ways of controlling or reducing the costs of in-flight services without compromising on quality.
4. Sources and supplies the means of delivering catering services i.e. trolleys, trays, eating tools, cups, etc.
5. Achieves a cost-efficient balance between stores taken on-board for in-flight services i.e. duty free, food & beverages, comfort items. Taking into full account the needs and comfort of the passengers.
6. Ensures that appropriate stock controls and procedures are in place for all hubs.
7. Ensure Cash collection is made by the suppliers and crew do cash handover in due time without delay.
8. Seeks and introduces ways of motivating Cabin Crew in providing excellent in-flight services through incentives program.
9. Maintains an excellent working relationship with Cabin Crew, Operations, Maintenance and external service providers.
10. Ensure all in-flight magazine, safety cards, Menu, Duty Free magazine, charity envelop, air sick bags, Air Arabia branded sandwich bags, hot water flask ice bucket, oven gloves, plastic gloves Hand Soap, and any other on bard related items are met to require standard on all MAC hubs
11. Ensure the logistics movement of all catering equipment between Morocco hubs with a strict inventory control.
12. Carry out flight observation to maintain the in-flight service product up Air Arabia standard
13. Travel between the Hubs to meet catering suppliers on monthly basis, or if any issues raised which require immediate action
14. Liaise with cabin crew manager to follow up on cabin crew report regarding catering and duty free issues and make any recommendation to improve the quality of food and duty free assortment.
15. Maintains the Air Arabia brands throughout in flight products.
16. Prepare purchasing orders, service orders, as required, and follow up with purchasing Dept.
To ensure the safety, serviceability and cleaning of all catering equipment.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
· University or college degree in Logistic or Supply Chain.
· Minimum 3 years of relative experience.
· Good english level.
· Good IT skills (Microsoft Office with good knowledge of Excel).
· Driving license holder.
· Ready to travel whenever required.
· Ability to work under pressure.
