Main Job Purpose:
· Partner in-year target delivery of financial growth model (Results and Forecast).
· Drive performance management agenda, jointly with marketing Finance Manager.
· Lead ROMI agenda, its deployment and execution in each category’s forum.
· Partner the business case development and benefit realisation for project investments across the category and along the Cluster, under a centralized approach.
· Strategically influence and collaborate stakeholders both within MARKETING, BU leadership team such as CD, SC, to maximise value creation.
· Commercially shape the medium to long term direction of their respective BU (Horizon 2 and 3).
· Lead a team of , and passionately drive the initiative of Leaders generating Leaders via effective development plan and coaching/ mentoring.

Job Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting/Finance.
· 2 to 5 years experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles preferably within MARKETING, SC or Sales.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.
· Ability and drive to work independently.
· Excellent inter personal skills and ability to work with cross functional team.
· Fluent English and can articulate/ express her/ his ideas/ thinking succinctly.
