Product Engineer is supporting Commercial Trucks Team (Morocco & North Africa Importers) to increase sales and total profitability by providing the right product according to customers’ needs
Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities
- Support the Business Team to increase sales and total profitability
- Deliver Product Training to Trucks Sales team
- Keep Close Collaboration and Cooperation with central product functions
- Be the product expert in the region
- Define the truck specifications to respond to the Market needs
- Place the Trucks order and provide pricing support
- Provide Customers adaptations
- Able to have a good Knowledge of the industry and competitors offer
- Provide Continuous information to Markets regarding industry change and legislation updates
- Support the launch of new/existing products in the new markets
- Perform Local bodybuilders audit and training
- Improve Local bodybuilders products quality by visiting and maintaining close relationship
- Coordinate with aftersales to look for technical solution to quality products issues
- Support the Business team on the Trucks Homologation Process
- Secure the coordination with the local CKD factory

Education / Professional Qualifications
- Hold an engineer degree in mechanic
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in heavy vehicles or automotive industry.
- Good understanding of the Industry and Retail Business preferably within Sales
- Very Good IT Knowledge
