In Morocco, we’re looking for an accomplished Insights & Trade Marketing Manager. The purpose of the role is to perform research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customer, and current campaigns.

We’re seeking a visionary person to build upon what we’ve achieved so far providing leadership in the mentioned areas to grow the business.

The position reports directly to the Head of Sales Enablement.

What will be your role?

Identify new market opportunities vs. current market penetration by performing extensive market research (either quantitative or qualitative) – studies need to be done based on specific visions (markets, industries…)

Competition analysis in terms of products, offers, pricing…

Provide full support to the Sales Force (OLC and Advertising) in terms of insights and data, based on:

o Internal questionnaires and surveys (generic composition studies, ad-hoc sectorial studies…)

o Focus groups organization and customer feedback

External research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians, and marketing experts.

o Trade and B2B Marketing activities (events, customer feedback, ROI, added-value for the final client provided by Avito…)

Provide full support to the Head of OLC/Advertising in terms of Sales strategies Development

Complete concept-testing for new products in collaboration with the Product&Operations team and Avito’s Product & Tech teams

Assess client’s promotional needs and develop promotional plan

Build internal network within Schibsted in order to get information and benchmarks from colleagues across the Group

Qualifications :

Bac+5 in Marketing / Sales

Excellent knowledge of Avito’s Brand and strategy

Deep understanding of Avito’s Business Model and Sales Force requirements

Familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies

Team Player

Great written and oral communication skills

Great sense of organization and autonomy

Fluent in English

Passionate about the media/digital industry
