APM Terminals Medport Tangier is a greenfield project under construction, it will be the third container terminal of the Tanger Med complex APM Terminals Tangier handled 1.7 million TEUs in 2015. APM Terminals Medport Tangier will be a facility with up to 2,000 meters of quay. Key Responsibilities

      • Prepare the data for monthly payroll and associated activities and to handle transactions with government regulators with relation to tax & social security wherever applicable. – Pay-roll controls and first point of contact for questions on same. – Ensure implementation and correct use of Time & Attendance system together with payroll portal. – Position is responsible for all HR Administration outsourced or inhouse. – Ensuring documents and correspondence. Responsible for personnel archive. – Responsible for admin of on-boarding, contracts, and record keeping to support the entire HR function in a timely and value-based manner. – Responsible for all Expat admin, admin for foreign visitors etc. in regards to a.o. Visa, residence card, work permit etc. – Ensure Benefit administration. – Responsible for employee data and for HR IT. We use SAP HR, Kronos Time & Attendance system etc. – Responsible for HR SOP documentation. – Support HR colleagues on various tasks related to projects. – Ensure good cooperation between more departments and external stakeholders.

We are looking for

    • Preferable a university degree preferably in human resources or administration management.
    • Requires at least 5 years’ experience in general human resources or payroll in a multinational company.
    • Must be familiar with labor and employment law and practices.
    • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
    • Requires above average interpersonal skills. Requires a collaborative work style.
    • Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
    • Must be very structured and have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.
    • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with many deadlines.
    • Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Profound knowledge of French and Arabic will be essential.
