We are hiring for the new JIT plant in Kenitra a Plant Controller to mostly ensure financial governance and provide finance support to operations in addition to the finance team Managerment.
Areas of activity and tasks:
- Developing and retaining a world-class finance team
- Outstanding Internal Controls in all processes
- Prepare accurate and timely Monthly Close, FCST and Budget. The responsibility will extend to P&L, BS and Cash Flow.
- Drive Plant Operation team in reaching Budget’s costs and margin
- Shine the light on plant’s Risks and Opportunities; weekly R&O reporting
- Ensure Return on investment at expected Company level
Additional Requirements:
- Master Degree in Finance and Audits
- Fluent English & French
- Management Skills
- 4/5 years experience in similar position or as Senior Assistant Controller
- Skills in QAD/SAP , Knowledge: SOX, HFM
