We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR Generalist to join the our HR team, in order to drive and support local HR projects. The HR Generalist is responsible of performing the payroll in an accurate and timely manner, and ensuring a smooth relationship with external providers and local institutions to support employees’ life cycle/ payments. He/she will also be responsible of fostering HR proximity and employees’ engagement by developing a great employee service culture and initiatives that support well-being at work. As part of the role responsibilities, the HR Generalist will work on talent management, training and development, recruitment, and employer branding activities to enhance Roche’s talent pool both internally and externally.Context And Responsibilities Ensure that payroll activities are performed on a monthly basis, as per payroll calendar, and the necessary reconciliations are done for data accuracy,Ensure good interactions between HR and finance in order to perform the necessary payments,Drive and monitor employees registrations with local institutions (CNSS, CIMR, insurance…), and update their files accordingly,Guardian of our compliance regarding Morocco Labor law and local institutions requirements,Ensure all hires/ leaving employees are correctly announced to the different institutions (insurance, Social security, retirement, external providers for payroll, time management,,,),Liaise with employees on an ongoing basis to prepare admin documents (salary certificates, payroll statements…),Advise & support employees/ expats for all benefit questions, work permits and residence permits,Develop an annual plan for all social activities that support employees’ engagement and well-being,Ensure that all the social activities planned as per the approved budget over the year are well executed within the agreed timelines,Propose and drive initiatives to improve our internal offer in terms of benefits,Drive internal initiatives that support Roche Morocco identity, and foster the internal culture (office branding…),Identify and develop new channels for talent sourcing that will drive sourcing activities to enhance the quality and recruitment timing,Manage and execute the employee referral program,Review and select appropriate candidates pool to be evaluated by the hiring manager for all vacant positions,Liaise with line managers and their teams to assess the hiring need, shape up the right profile and agree on the recruitment process,Handle talent management, training and development, recruitment, and employer branding activities.
