Job Description
– Guiding and coaching the supply planner team to fulfill their accountabilities
– Participating actively in global S&OPs and global forums
– Acting as point of contact to, and providing market leaders with required information in a timely manner
– Acting as point of contact for regional commercial projects and issues related to supply & demand
– Working with stakeholders to continue improve the supply chain process and meet performance objectives; driving supply & inventory improvement initiatives
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
– Candidates based in Morocco
– With 7-10 years experience in supply & logistics within a Pharma or FMCG company
– Knowledge of Pharma or FMCG industry commercial trends and regulatory processes
– Experience in manufacturing operations, sales & marketing functional areas
– ERP system & reporting tools knowledge and experience
– Leadership and coaching experience
– Excellent communication skills
