We are currently hiring for roles in our Operations team, and we are looking for motivated professionals who can act as a business partner, a decision maker and a dedicated member of the team in charge of delivering dream journeys for our customers.

PLEASE NOTE: Complete fluency in both English and Spanish are hard requirements for this position. We will be conducting interviews in both languages to judge your proficiency.

About The Position

As an operations manager, your role will focus on making travel arrangements for individuals and groups including:

  • Booking accommodations, activities, and meals
  • Scheduling flights and ground transportation
  • Checking in with ground partners and clients and making any required adjustments to trips on the ground to ensure that things run as smoothly as possible
  • Ensure guests’ satisfaction by answering their inquiries promptly and professionally

This position is based in a busy office environment where multitasking and prioritizing are required. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Organisation and self-motivation
  • The ability to understand and organise complicated logistics
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Punctuality and flexibility
  • Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with team members, supervisors and partners with professionalism, clarity and accuracy
  • Ability to read, understand and explain documents in English and Spanish
  • Phone/email communications and etiquette 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken/written) is a must
