Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve full compliance with local and ADM’s safety regulations/standards and promote safety culture across the department which he/she is responsible for (reports and contractors) and ensure the department meets goals for (process) safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs and effectiveness
• Align to the location strategy and goals and cascade it down
• Drive effective performance management throughout electrical department (including goal setting, development and strengths-based feedback) focused on building competent and motivated team to achieve discretionary performance
• Ensure that the electrical department delivers and supports technical projects and day-to-day activities on a cost effective and timely basis to achieve results
• Ensure high availability and reliability of all process and infrastructure equipment
• Participate in diverse internal and external meetings
• Collaborate with manager and relevant stakeholders of any large scale disturbances and/or planned
modifications
• Manage non-discretionary expense projects according project management guidelines
• Report performance in agreed format and frequency

• Good problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills, with a results focused approach
• Good communication skills and an excellent team player
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written communication
• General knowledge software applications
• Able to perform under pressure

Qualifications:
• Engineer Degree in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Automation and Technology, or other related field
• 3+ years of experience in preferably in chemical, food and feed production
• 3+ years of experience in production/process and/or asset management based maintenance
