Position Purpose 

The incumbent will be reporting and working very closely with the Sales Manager. S/He will be responsible of sales & distribution data treatment and analysis. S/He will also be in charge of the trade loyalty program (TLP) back-office treatment including data analysis, objectives & payments computation in order to ensure implementation and follow up by Area Leads , Regional Trade Marketing teams. The incumbent will be closely working with Area Leads and Trade Marketing teams in order to share all needed information for data analysis of their repective regions. S/He will have to travel from time to time around the national territory. The incumbent will be based in Casablanca.

Job Responsablities 

  • Treats sales, distribution & sales programs data for analysis.
  • Treats salesforce incentives data.
  • Implements & updates reports
  • Shares reporting with Sales department in order to support analysis and decision making.
  • Comes up with recommandations in line with objectives
  • In charge of the trade loyalty program data treatment, analytical follow up, back office objectives settings and customers incentives treatment and follow up.
  • Communicates computed TLP objectives to Trade Marketing department
  • Collaborate closely with Trade marketing department on sales achievements vs objectives as well as incentives payments.
  • Ensures continuous & permanent feedback analysis on sales/distribution and trade loyalty program in order to contribute to qualitative and pro-active management decision making.
  • Responds efficiently to Sales & trade Marketing teams inquiries in data treatment, trade loyalty program reports & follow up.
  • Owns a customer oriented aptitude and attitude in order to respond positively, quickly and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understands the market through field knowledge & a permanent exchange with Area Leads & Trade marketing department to ensure an analytical support & proposals to contribute to the business and sales & distribution development.
  • Provides manager with daily/weekly/monthly sales & distribution reports and trade loyalty program analysis & reports.

Qualifications And Experience

Education At least University degree or equivalent in Business (Bac+ 4/5)

Work Experience At least 2 years experience in Sales Analysis in FMCG environment

Languages & Computer Skills Fluent French, English and Arabic. Excellent skills of Excel and powerpoint
