Under the responsability of Morocco Modern Trade Manager, you will be in charge of developing partnerships and plans with your customers that will help both FrieslandCampina and customer grow sales sustainably. You will act as a business owner by involving all key stakeholders (logistics, marketing, finance…) to achieve your sales targets.
What is expected from you:
• Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements
• Co-create win-win plans with your customer to develop the dairy category through the FrieslandCampina set of brands
• Acquire knowledge on Shoppers behaviors, the company categories and market dynamics
• Understand and execute the fundamentals which drive sales in store
• Ensure a competitive presence of the company brands in store
• Implement merchandising and visibility projects
• Manage & coach merchandising and brand ambassadors team
• Involve and collaborate with different departments (logistics, marketing, finance…)
• Have a forecast accuracy
