We provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and technical service/consultation to new and existing customers. As strong business partners, Ecolab works with customers to develop sanitation plans and programs, evaluate processes and procedures, troubleshoot technical issues and identify and implement operational efficiencies.

What You Will Do
- Build a solid understanding of Ecolab products, customer plant operations and business objectives, and applicable government regulations.
- Develop strategic work plans for completing sales targets and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab’s innovative products, equipment and services.
- Provide industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality and operations; including assisting with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, and employee training.
- Manage Ecolab products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, observe and test equipment and product performance, repair or adjust equipment, adjust chemical concentration levels, monitor product inventory and place orders.
- Implement agreed upon corporate account commitments and proactively inform Corporate Account Manager (CAM’s) of results, challenges and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff; build strong business relationships and networks
- Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry or related field.
- 2 years technical sales experience in meat, processed food, dairy, and poultry sector or the beverage and brewing sector.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Willingness and ability to travel by car throughout territory, including periodic overnight travel, could be required to be on-call during off-work hours and weekends when needed.

- Ability to sell value-added products to customers.
- Carry aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers
