As a Technical Support Engineer you will work with sales team for technical solution following customization requirements, solve technical issues and provide training sessions regarding to our proprietary products.
【Job Description】
1. Cooperate with sales team on marketing activities, provide effective presentations and demonstrations, help customers to understand Dahua Company and Dahua Products.
2. According to project requirements and tender, analyze the practical needs of customers, design and provide the project solution, work with sales team to ensure project achievement, manage different project progress and project status.
3. Provide training to customers in different cities in Morocco to help them know more about Dahua products and improve technology knowledge.
4. Introduce products and features to customers, help customers to select and configure products.
5. Understand and consolidate customer requirement about products, feedback to product manager for product improvement.
6. Help Customer solve technical problems.
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in Electrical automation/Software/Computer/Engineering or related.
2. Know well about AutoCAD, Viso, PowerPoint and Excel.
3. More than 2 years’ technical/ consulting experience in System integration, Weak electricity system design or similar industry.
4. Good English language skill.( Oral. Reading, Writing)
