The Sales Director will contribute in the overall organization strategic and financial objectives by setting sales strategy for local and export markets and leading sales team, he will ensure volume share / profitability targets are achieved and sales team is developed and motivated.
One of his mission will be to build trade strategic relationships in the local and outside country, by developing business policies and procedures based on win – win approach, to ensure long term financial and strategic objectives are met. The Sales Director will be to timulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of (management , marketing , economics) and 8-10 years relevant experience in FMCG in Sales management including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
