Missions:

Under the supervision of his manager, the Sales & Marketing Promoter :

– Animates countries he/she is in charge of, in order to reach turnover, margin, cash objectives

– Analyses markets in terms of distribution and provide defensive/ offensive strategic recommendations and corrective ones if required

– Secures and develop customer intimacy and satisfaction

– Sales promotion on existing distribution network & prospection of new partners

– Joint visits with existing customers towards their networks of customers.

Responsabilities :

1. ANALYSE MARKETS

– Fill in the distribution scheme of each country

– Knows main economical actors of each country

– Lists and applies local terms of each country

– Completes marketing information in term of car park, products information, market prices, sales potential

– Provides analysis and proposal of corrective action plans

2. ANIMATES CUSTOMER NETWORK

– Visits and reports key account customers of his sale area according to the customer visits frequency defined in Storm (CRM tool)

– Executes each CAP (corrective action plan)/BOP (business opportunity) assigned per customer and product line on his area in the timing assigned

– Proposes and set up operations of sales stimulation

– Organizes trainings sessions with Valeo Team

– Valorizes permanently with customers our “added value “/ Multi specialist strategy

– Reach customer satisfaction

3. REACH SALES OBJECTIVES

The Sales and Marketing Promoter is responsible to reach his objectives/budget in terms of :

– Turnover / country / product lines

– General Margin: constantly tries to improve margin mix for each product line, support the logistic team in improving direct costs of sales (direct deliveries from factories, pallet loads, revised frequency, …), reduction of non quality costs (sales warranty, buy out, … ), ensure T&C are fully applied.

– Payment security

Profil :

Minimum 3 to 4 years Sales & Marketing experience out of which half “Commercial “ , successful career (Kam expertise and or Sales Force management expertise)
