Call Center Agent

Mission:

  • Confers with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, do bookings, modify or cancel reservations, and/or obtain details of complaints ;
  • Convert Calls to sales ;
  • Meet the monthly Target of:

1. Revenue;2. Ancillary;3. Quality.

  • Ensure maximum level of Productivity-Punctuality and flexibility ;
  • Understand the real call center concept activities & work in achieving it ;

Qualifications, Experience and Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent ;
  • More than 1 Year experience in related filled ;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices ;
  • Very good communication skills both written and verbal (english, french, spanish, italian).

Type of contract: Permanent contract
