Call Center Agent
Mission:
- Confers with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, do bookings, modify or cancel reservations, and/or obtain details of complaints ;
- Convert Calls to sales ;
- Meet the monthly Target of:
1. Revenue;2. Ancillary;3. Quality.
- Ensure maximum level of Productivity-Punctuality and flexibility ;
- Understand the real call center concept activities & work in achieving it ;
Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent ;
- More than 1 Year experience in related filled ;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices ;
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal (english, french, spanish, italian).
Type of contract: Permanent contract
