As a Resourcing Specialist, your primary accountability is to partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Line Managers to achieve our agreed talent acquisition objectives. You will also partner with a regional HR Services Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager to understand and apply recruitment policy and effectively interface with social networks, third party recruiters or other recruitment service providers where required.
Your Accountabilities Will Include
- Manage external and internal recruitment activities as per global process (e.g., job briefing, posting of requisitions (Taléo) and requisition management, screening cv’s/applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing shortlists, scheduling interviews, extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities, etc)
- Provide recruiting support for positions including, but not limited to; entry-level, professional, graduate, interns and manufacturing roles
- Work closely with Hiring Manager, Expertise Team, Resourcing Lead and HR Business Partners in promoting the Employer Brand in order to attract the right candidates
- Communicate Unilever Employee Value Proposition to prospective candidates in order to attract and convert talent
- Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policy
- Manage the candidate pool by identifying & using multiple talent channels (including, but not limited to, 3rd party agencies, social networking sites, career tool, internal posting, referral systems, external job boards, etc)
- Assist in logistics for recruitment and employer branding events where appropriate
- Point of contact within the SD for any customer issues & problems in Recruitment
- Monitor customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Profile
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, preferred
- Experience min of 2 years in recruitment
