As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will propose Honeywell Security and Fire solutions to meet the customer needs across Morocco and North Africa. Demonstrating a full understanding of competitor’s low voltage security product’s range and the local market needs, you will provide competitive solutions for customer’s applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In collaboration with the sales teams, visit key customers to assess their technical needs, review training requirement and generate business opportunities
- Support sales team and customer on technical and regulatory topics
- Inspect buildings or building design to determine system requirements and potential problems in areas where coverage is required
- Prepare technical proposals for awarded projects that include preparation of design drawings, calculations, software implementation and/or reporting
- Support the sales team at the bid stage. Consult with authorities to discuss concerned regulations and to recommend changes as necessary to meet the job specification and compliance.
- Build the training materials and provide sales/estimation/products/application and technical trainings for customers and sales team.
- Provide technical support to customers when needed in any stage of the project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering diploma (preferably in electronic or electrical field)
- 3-4 sales related experience including commercial experience within Security and Fire sector
- 2-3 proposal and estimation related experience
- Good technical knowledge of low voltage security products/systems
- English and French fluency is a must
- Good team player
- Ability to travel approx. 50 % of time
