Robert Bosch Morocco is a growing company of the Bosch Group located in Casablanca, Morocco. With around a hundred associates, we operate in the business divisions Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Drive & Control technology and Thermo Technology.
Your responsibilities:
To provide high quality support in all tasks of the General Manager department in a frequently changing and fast-paced environment:
- Assist the General Manager to work effectively by organizing and prioritizing his tasks in the various countries.
- Maintain database of contacts
- Entrance point for RBMR phone calls
- Organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Expense claims preparation
- Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the for meetings, appointments, presentations etc. and follow up inward and outwards request for information, outstanding reports.
- Drafting of official letters and documents for RBMR
- Liaise with internal departments
- Arranging in house and external events
- Consolidate associates travel information’s
Your competencies and qualifications:
- Graduate in Business Studies/Management/ Administration
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with high attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to multitask; ability to prioritize project, proactive, “can do attitude”
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing)
- Contract type: Internship for 24 months (ANAPEC Contract)
