We are looking to recruit an inspiring, innovative, energetic and motivated Marketing Manager; his/her main purpose is to manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities; from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. Context and responsibilities Strategic/Tactical
- Develop brand vision, mission and marketing strategy
- Provide clear direction for tactical planning and respective implementation phases.
- Optimize the potential future market value of new product /indications opportunities
- Identify new opportunities and strategies that would leverage competitive advantage.
- Ensure correct flow of all products/indications and team communication.
- Guarantee customers satisfaction goals are met.
- Ensure alignment with Roche values across product strategy and overall team members
- Define appropriate strategy and Annual Brand Plan’s according to local market environment
- Design and conduct market research in collaboration with different parties.
- Forecast marketing expenditures and business plan in collaboration with the Business Unit Head
- Propose KPI’s, benchmark and analyze variations on a monthly basis
- Train field force in partnership with medical department and provide them marketing support
- Collect market intelligence to strengthen competitiveness
- Ensure follow up with technical department to avoid shortages and overages
- Develop marketing campaigns for product promotion
- Ensure that planned costs and main business objectives are met.
- Prepare and present annual business review
- Develop relationships with relevant Healthcare Professionals and Patients Associations.
- Brand Team Leader in Cross-Functional Collaboration with Medical/Access/Regulatory & Finance

You also have
- MBA / University degree and/or Scientific Diploma
- A minimum of 6 years experience in Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in both English & French oral and written
- Business acumen – Technical and business expertise
- Strong strategic leadership; deep understanding of business drivers, products, local market, competition
- Communication, feedback and coaching skills
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Stress management and strategic Agility to face new challenges
