- Follow high standards for document record management
- Monitor and follow up with customers for the order transmission, goods returns and keying with accuracy
- Coordinate with the warehouse for the preparation of the ordersEstablish the credit notes as required with high accuracy
- Maintain good and high standard relationship with the customers
- Maintain the Material Master data in SAP according to the requests
- Be SPOC and Super User for SAP SDFocus on Customer and Stakeholders Satisfaction
- Ensure all commercial claims are answered in the shortest possible time and with accuracy
- Enhance customer service level
- Support strategic and operation commercial initiatives for continuous improvement
- Act as Single point of contact person (SPOC) for the customers
- Maintain relationship and communication among SCM, Marketing, W&D services provider, Toll manufacturer, QA, Finance and CommercialOperation.
KPIs
- Customer orders /returns will be processed on time with alignment on the delivery request
- Delivery all need report and analysis on time to alarm the company
- Sustain the NFCM controls which is related to the billing process and sales recognition
- Support the destruction process of the goods returns
- Coordination with the service provider and stakeholders on Promotional and non-promotional material management.
Minimum Requirements
Bac+3 / Bac + 4 in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar
- 2 – 5 years experience in Customer Service Operations, Supply Chain Management
