Ericsson Morocco is now recruiting “Financial and Post Sales Contract Manager”
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and follow efficient procedures for controlling the service contracts and ensure the fulfilment of their requirements by Ericsson, the Customer and Suppliers.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of delivered services to ensure that the intended cost level is maintained whilst securing contract fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Review, analyze and report the Financial Progress and deliver actionable advice and recommendations
- Coordinate and drive the financial planning process of an Ericsson organization (including forecast) in the short to medium term in accordance with global standards.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to the Key Account Manager and project team in contractual discussions with the customer.
- Manage contract execution and proactively manage deviations with respect to scope and volume.
- Provide contract administration expertise in managing the contractual relationships with customers and suppliers and the risks associated with the performance of contracts.
- Manage contract changes or/and amendments during the whole contract lifecycle; both for customer and supplier contracts.
- Identify potential add-on sales opportunities emerging from the execution of the contract and ensuring
- Regularly provide advice, guidance and support to the EP & Key Account Manager in reaching a complete understanding of what is included in the Contract scope, what the delivery scope is and what the gaps are to fulfil at best Customer Business needs.
- Support KAM organization in contractual renegotiation or pre-sales.
- Follow up of KPI /SLA performance and reporting.
- Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and excellence in contract service delivery.
Profile
- Business and Financial background with at least 5 years experience in the contract management ideally in the Telecom or IT domain
- A background in Radio technology would be a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills
- The ideal candidate should be used to customer interfacing, persuasive and able to influence
- English and French fluency are mandatory for this position
Position is based in Casablanca (Morocco).
